🎯 Role Overview
As a Freelance Bulk Recruiter, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns to identify, engage, and onboard talented freelancers and professionals across India.
You will act as a strategic recruitment partner, managing high-volume hiring drives, building pipelines, and ensuring quality onboarding for brand-facing roles.
This is a performance-based, high-reward opportunity with revenue sharing per successful hire.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Execute bulk recruitment campaigns for freelance and project-based roles (Sales, Branding, Event, Wellness).
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and your own network.
Screen, assess, and recommend quality candidates aligned with brand requirements.
Coordinate candidate onboarding, documentation, and orientation.
Maintain recruitment metrics and provide weekly hiring reports.
Collaborate closely with the Talent & Partnerships Team at Dr. Lall MindLabs.
