We are now seeking dynamic, entrepreneurial freelancers to join us as Sales, Marketing & Branding Partners and help us expand our footprint, starting with key metro cities across India.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic Business Partner who can take ownership of market development, sales, and branding initiatives for Dr. Lall MindLabs. This is a performance-based partnership, compensated entirely through a profit-sharing model, giving you autonomy, prestige, and unlimited earning potential.

This opportunity is ideal for self-driven professionals with strong networks, a passion for education and mental health, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Dr. Lall MindLabs and our programs in schools, institutions, and parent networks.
• Build B2B and B2C sales channels (schools, educational institutions, wellness programs).
• Identify, pitch, and onboard clients, including schools, colleges, and educational foundations.
• Provide insights to refine product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with the Dr. Lall MindLabs team to ensure seamless execution of programs.

What We’re Looking For

• Based in India, preferably metro cities, with strong local networks and contacts in education or wellness sectors.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, marketing, or branding partnerships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter attitude, and passion for creating social impact.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• No upfront capital investment required—your commitment, creativity, and drive are what matter.
